The newly project DOUBLE COAST in Kai Tak overlooks both the Kowloon and Victoria Harbour coastlines, with the potential benefit of the smart and green mass transit systems in Kai Tak<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>. The project hosted the “DOUBLE COAST Sydney Festival” opening the show flats and clubhouse for Club Wheelock members to visit. In addition, a series of physical and spiritual healing experiences will be set up in the over 8,400 square feet Wellness Centre and sea view gym.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

The event covers various high-quality facilities in the clubhouse, including professional fitness trainers in the garden sea view gym, guiding members to experience a variety of training equipment, as well as providing fitness assessments and exercise recommendations. The indoor swimming pool features professional instructors demonstrating the rare water-based fitness FloatFit HIIT equipment found in residential clubhouses across Hong Kong. Many members expressed their unforgettable experience witnessing this innovative sport for the first time.
